During the Opponent's End Phase, If Ladd in field and Dragon Ruler mnster on the field, Does Dragon ruler mnster return to hand or be negated?

If negated, does Dragon ruler mnster keep activating the effect that return to hand?

Its like Wind-Up rabbit returning to field,LADD can't negate it..

Hm...  Had to look this one up...  What makes sense is:
All Dragon Rulers have a similar effect of "You can only activate 1 of -insert Dragon Ruler's Name here- once per turn."  Meaning that the returning effect can only be attempted to be activated (as a mandatory effect) once each turn.  However, even if the dragon ruler was banished and you used its effect to search, since it is a mandatory effect, it would still activate and return (unless of course LaDD is on the field and able to negate).

LaDD fails when it comes to Lightsworn though, since it's a mandatory effect to mill each end phase.

Rabbit returning isn't a triggered or activated effect.  It's the resolution of the effect.

LaDD will negate the "return effect" once, thus the E-dragon will remain face-up. LaDD loses 500 attack and defence.

As for the other BIAS that it was said, LaDD ONLY negates the last effect in the chain.
For Example: You have Blaster, Redox and Tempest.
You use Blaster's effect, Banish both Redox and Tempest. LaDD negates Blaster (-500 attack and defence). Redox and Tempest form a SEGOC, where you choose who will be CL 1 and CL 2 - LaDD will be CL 3, negating CL 2. MEANING CL 1 WILL RESOLVE.

Simplified version:
LaDD will negate the D-Ruler return-to-hand effect.
It won't keep negating because, unlike Lightsworns, you can only activate ONE of the 4 effects ONCE per turn.

It gets negated, stays on the field, and tries again next time if it's still there.
