Character Creation [War of the Numbers - New Domino]

Backstory:
IMPORTANT: This is not the RP thread, only the Character Creation.
It
has been a year since the events at duel academy labeled in history as the “War
of the Numbers.” A great amount of research was done by scientists all over to
discover the cause of this anomaly. While the scientists had little to no
success, one Obelisk Blue student from the academy stumbled upon the answer one
day. He was in the woods and came across a hidden tomb with nothing inside but
a Duel Monsters card on a pedestal. The card was Number 88: Gimmick Puppet - Destiny
Leo. Out of curiosity the student grabs the card, which immediately possesses
him. Freed from his stasis, Number 88 releases a shockwave, altering time and
space to bring the number cards back. However due to his relative incoherence from
just coming out of stasis, he miscalculates, and the numbers are revived
elsewhere… Dark holes start appearing in New Domino City. After a dark hole disappears
it leaves behind a number card. These number cards hold a very special power,
once they are placed on a duel disk they materialize. Duel Academy has hid the
existence of these cards from students, but due to the recent happenings they
have been hidden through out the school. Without an owner these cards are
powerless, they will try to make contact with their future partner
telepathically. Once a number has come in contact with their partner, they will
either be possessed by the number or they will make a great ally. The possessed
duelists will want to start chaos throughout the city, it's your job to stop
them. Meanwhile Number 88 makes his way to New Domino, realizing his mistake.
He plans on arriving in time for the Duel Monsters Grand Prix. Hopefully most
of you won't be consumed, but we must be prepared for what is to come in the

Number: Masquerade magician - Shining
Personality: Tenebrae is a sort of shy person, and sometimes it leads to his downfall. At some times he's very serious, others very comedic, and sometimes very angry. He would do nearly anything to help his friends, making him an easy target for numbers to possess. He has the ability to tell when people are possessed by their number, and if he beats them in a duel, can stop the number without damaging/removing the owner's spul
Objective: Make the world better and free of excessive evil.Race: Half-Demon

Jet is a very perverted person. He goes into full idiot mode whenever he sees an attractive woman. Jet loves having a good time and laughs all of the time. He can get annoying at times. Personality: Ryo is sometimes stealthy, sometimes reckless, and sometimes he is a bit of a machine nerd. He seems a bit brutal to most people, but is kind and protective to his friends. He respects his number, but not many others, as he thinks they are a scourge to the world.
Objective: To protect the world for as long as possible.
Race: half-demon

Appearance: average height, and build. Pale skin, Black hair.

Personality: When not dueling, goofy, fun loving, loves knowledge and joking (Also
Mad Scientist works to..). When dueling personality changes; becomes serious, jokes (some what trolly jokes), confident, and "fired up" if you will.

Numbers, and the source of their power.

Personality: Ruthless and uncaring. Shogo is willing to do anything and take any cost to reach his end goal. He sees nothing wrong with going outside the rules to get what he needs.
Objective: Show that control of the numbers is with the person and not the cards themselves.

Appearance: Think of your average anime male character with black hair. There you go.

Personality: Alaude originally had a great love for dueling; however, he is a less than average duelist, and the many losses and humiliations over the years have dulled his original love. He suffers from an inferiority complex and often has a need to prove himself to others. Surprisingly, he has one exception to this case: when someone relies on him. Having been orphaned at a young age and forced to live on the streets, he was luckily taken care of a young girl now long gone, and in her memory, he defends those he believes lack the strength to defend themselves with all his strength (and currently often pummeled to a puddle to do it).



Objective: As of right now, Alaude’s only objective is to gain strength for power’s own sake. THIS WILL CHANGE OVER TIME depending on what characters Alaude meets, defeats, and suffers losses at the hands of.
