...if use Magical Citadel then is much better to based on arcanite.....i personally advise to tak dark magician system out......add gravekeepper, Magical Exemplar, a tuner system(could be diva, junk synchron or phychic etc..)
since arcanite can use eff by remove counter on any card u control, and wit tempest eff....is easy to OTK........junk synchron + gravekepper could get out both arcanite and tempest....or instant fusion + junk synchron or diva....etc etc

anw i personally think dark magician is too slow for now.....if u play specaster u rather try wit other system

-2 dark magician (slow card and not very good once it gets out)
-1 sorcerer of dark magic
-1 chaos command magician (not needed)
-1 magician of black chaos (no effect and when he gets out hes at least a -2, if your opponent uses bottomless on him you lose 3 cards to your opponents 1)
-1 royal magical library (your only source of counters is the Endymions. If you want to do this you can but you'll have to run 3 magical libraries)
+3 apprentice magician (great for field control and searches out old vindictive)
+2 crystal seer

Spells
-1 black magic ritual
-3 magical city of endymion
-1 thousand knives
-1 dark magic attack
-1 ancient rules
+3 secret village of the spellcasters
+3magical dimension (great utility, good monster destruction)
+1 smashing ground (any high-utlity spell will do in this spot, but i recommend a smashing ground, another shrink, or a vortex)

Traps
-1 draining shield (a -1)
-1 magic cylinders (a -1)
-1 magical hats
+2 bottomless
+1 dimensional prison


This version of the deck should be much more consistent and powerful...I took out the obviously bad and/or useless cards and put in some high-utlity cards. The deck should run as a beatdown deck that can lock down the opponent with secret village. If you want, switch the traps with 2 royal decrees and more quick play spells for total lockdown.
