• Players can only have up to 6 cards in his or her hand unless the card "Infinite Cards" is in play on his/her side of the field.
  
  
• One Normal Summon is allowed per player per turn. Monsters can be Summoned in face-up Attack Position, face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position.
  
  
• Level 4 or below monsters can be Summoned during a Normal Summon.
  
  
• Level 5-6 monsters need one Tribute in order to Normal Summon.
  
  
• Level 7+ monsters need two Tributes in order to Normal Summon. 
  
  
• If an opponent had no monsters in play, the Turn Player is free to attack his/her Life Points directly, reducing their total by the monster's ATK points....  And so on!

I haven't posted Cardpool and banlist, but we'll be using 2014 Primal Origin aka HAT format. More details for those who don't know about it soon.

I don't see the point of doing one format all the time, we can do the 2003 again next time. Different formats might approach more people.

Maybe for the fact that 2003 was closer to dk standarts? Heck we could have had goat, but meh k

I feel like Goats would have been the next logical step in progressing through the formats.

But hey, I'm not going to complain. This format lets me play an old favourite, so I'm happy! ;3

Formats in chronological order seems fun.

By the way, can the "match against King of Games" thing be changed to just gaining the title? I don't really care too much for title matches, especially if we keep a format that I have next to no experience with.

So wouldn't the next one be the GX Tournament that was overlooked since the Society of Light was around? Also how does one summon a face-up defense monster?

We're referring to formats, so I think the next would be Goat. (Even if we were referring to anime tournaments, the next would be Battle City.)

The latter is a typo that nobody bothered to fix from the last DK event. We're playing with the normal rules.

Lets change to goat format, its just more dk suited

I think that 2014 HAT is one of the best formats out there and tbh I don't want to do similar formats twice in a row. But if chronological order is what you guys want then I will not force my opinion.

@DanelerH well it's fun and competitive for you to play a match with someone who did the best during the DK event. I mean, I can change it for this round if you don't want to defend the crown. That way you can also play the event and even win the title again.

Since we're doing GOAT control format and DB is up... Do we get to play with priority effects?
