[EVENT] Duelist Kingdom!

First topic message reminder :

• Players can only have up to 6 cards in his or her hand unless the card "Infinite Cards" is in play on his/her side of the field.
  
• One Normal Summon is allowed per player per turn. Monsters can be Summoned in face-up Attack Position, face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position.
  
• Level 4 or below monsters can be Summoned during a Normal Summon.
  
• Level 5-6 monsters need one Tribute in order to Normal Summon.
  
• Level 7+ monsters need two Tributes in order to Normal Summon. 
  
• If an opponent had no monsters in play, the Turn Player is free to attack his/her Life Points directly, reducing their total by the monster's ATK points....  And so on!

This is an event, so even if lux launches it today or tomorrow, you have infinite time till someone gets to the goal, aka no actual deadline really. I can declare this open right now, since I'm cohost of this, but ye you get the gist of what i said. If majority are decked up for this, then by all means go do it.

These are some of the Event rules that will be followed:
-Each player begins with X number of Star Chips
-First four duelists to obtain 10 Star Chips proceed into the elimination stage of the tournament
-In Top 4 (elimination stage) players will be paired randomly
-There is no duel for a third place (Go big or go home!)
-There is no restriction on how much Star Chips you can invest (that means that it's up to you and your opponent to decide about that)
-You will be following specific cardpool and banlist which will be listed later in the post
-Duels will be 8000 LP single duels
-Auto-win decks are dissallowed

I am officially ready to begin. Though as usual I am well above the 40 cards, hhh. Anyway, are you dueling @Centrik, or was that New Year Resolution to beat Sonic a joke.

I'm wondering when we duel....is there a time limit for when we respond to challenges. 
If someone challenges meh and I'm busy training meh horses for thermal...it's a horse rated competition. In other words ppl from all over and compete. Ppl can also get prize money for placing on the top. It's a big thing I guess...anyways I have been training and practicing about late evening because I have a couple of horses that I will ride/Compete with. Plus then I go down to this ATA taekwando place with my boyfriend. He teaches there and I also study with him. Taking taekwando classes are pretty fun and I am accelerating fast. I will be testing for my 3rd degree. Then I would be a 3rd degree black belt. So yeah i might be 2 busy.

I won't since it's too much work to update it over and over again, because people may duel whenever they want because EVERYONE starts with 2 star chips and has an opportunity to duel. It's not hard to ask in chatbox.
