Chaos Control Deck

Any suggestions? I'm trying to take my deck to the next level, but I don't know where to start. No flames or trolls, though, please! Oh, and sorry if i'm not doing this right, I'm not really sure how to do this...

EDIT: Alright, I did what you suggested and filled up the extra and side decks. I also changed a few cards from my main deck as well.

This is literally a 2 minute deck that outlines a broad (and semi-optimal tbh because no effort) definition of how to start to build a chaos control-esque deck.

The deck can't easily run over anything with 2200+ attack really.
Smashing Ground just covers that weakness and lets Kycoo go on to wreck graves. Black Horn is suited to the meta decks that actually can consistently run over slightly higher attack powered monsters or to patch up a heavy ophion/draco sack weakness.

But idk much about the deck anyway.
