7 targets for it and no CCV??? Also, Widespread Ruin is just an awful card. Widespread Ruin < Sakuretsu Armor < Dimensional Prison < BTH < Solemn Judgment Deck needs Raiou. Only 1 Pot of Avarice needed Soul Taker is completely unncessary when you already have Fissure, Smashing Ground, and Lightning Vortex. Enemy Controller > Shrink in decks with tribute monsters.
