In episodes 8 2 and 83 of Zexal, we were introduced to Misael and his Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon. While this card is extremely powerful and can easily be summoned in several deck types, there are two other eyecatching cards used to summon it: Parsec, the Interstellar Dragon and Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon. These cards make Number 107's summon even easier, and the same goes for other rank 8's, including Neo Galaxy-Eyes, and Heliopolis!

what about Neo Galaxy eyes tachyon Dragon ? does anyone know his effects ?

Here are the effects:







Looking at those effects, I can make a simple prediction, that these three cards in combination will be BROKEN AS HELL. If your opponent controls an Xyz monster, you can Special Summon Radius, and then Normal Summon Parsec, and then BAM!! 2 Level 8 Monsters, which means an easy Rank 8 Xyz, which would be the Number 107. Broken. As. HELL.

Broken is something that's game changing. These cards will be OK. They could easily be used in Photon decks because of Knight and Galaxy-Eyes. I can't really see them being in anything else outside of a dedicated archetype, and since that's all KONAMI ever does anymore, I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

From the standpoint of a devout Galaxy/Photon deck runner, I'd consider it very broken. It's very much an easy Xyz summon, and is especially useful if your opponent has a card effect that must be activated.

Personally though, I very much prefer Photon Caesar + Photon Caesar + Galaxy-Eyes (a very easy combo to pull of) to get Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon. Number 107 isn't too broken, but I'd consider the other two to be.

Again, neither of these cards won't be game changing., so they don't break the deck, let alone the metagame. Cool, you got out your Rank 8. Lets just get rid of that now, since 80% of everything that's being played in the game is capable of some sort of removal. Unless KONAMI makes a godly Rank 8, these cards will be really nothing more than decent.
