And your spelling has failed. If you're not going to help with the deck, don't post in this section.
Burden of the Mighty isn't that necesarry. Neither is Divine Wrath and Negate attack. Mask of Darkness also sorta makes Dark Bribe less useful, since you can just reuse Skill Drain instead of protecting it.
For the monsters, I'd remove ones like Chainsaw Insect, Goblin Attack Force, Giant Orc, Berserk Dragon, Giant Kozaky, Big Shield Gardna, Majestic Mech - Ohka, Mist Archfiend and Vice Dragon. You also don't have very many targets for Beast Machine King Barbaros Ur, so I would remove at least 1 copy here.
That leaves you with this:
Monsters (11)
BeastKing Barbaros x2
Beast Machine King Barbaros Ur x1
Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast x2
A cat of ill omen x2
Mask of Darkness x2
Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei x2
Spells (2)
Mystical Space Typhoon x2
Traps (8
Skill Drain x3
Royal Oppression
Solemn Judgement
Mirror Force
Torrential Tribute
Dimensional Prison
Then I would add better cards like Book of Moon, Pot of Duality, Solemn Warning, Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, another Dimensional Prison, a third Beast King Barbaros and Fusilier Dragon.
Monsters (13)
BeastKing Barbaros x3
Beast Machine King Barbaros ur x1
Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast x3
A cat of ill omen x2
Mask of Darkness x2
Spells (8
Mystical Space Typhoon x2
Dark Hole x1
Monster Reborn x1
Book of Moon x1
Pot of Duality x3
Traps (11)
Skill Drain x3
Royal Oppression
Solemn Judgement
Mirror Force
Torrential Tribute
Dimensional Prison x2
Solemn Warning x2
That leaves room for 8 more cards. You could go a little more stunnish and add a couple of Rai-Oh and Doomcaliber. 2 of each leaves you with 4 cards missing.
A set of either 2 Forbidden Lances or 2 Forbidden Chalices could also be considered. Forbidden Lance will make it easier for your monsters that now have a lot of attack to survive. It works best with Beast King Barbaros and Fusilier Dragon though, because Lance also stops Skill Drain from negating your monster's effects, which would cause them to still be changed to atk or not be able to inflict battle damage, but the 2 mentioned monsters still keep their attack even if Skill Drain isn't applied anymore.
Forbidden Chalice can negate opposing monster effects if you don't have Skill Drain, and it can also be used on your own monsters to get rid of their effect. The same 2 monsters that were mentioned just before, also keep their original attack (3000 and 2800) even after the turn is over.
The last 2 spots could be filled by your own card choices if you have anything you want to add. It could be more protection from monsters like Compulsory Evacuation Device or Bottomless Trap Hole. It could be cards to destroy/negate your opponent's backrow like Dust Tornado or Seven Tools of the Bandit, or just more monsters for you to attack with.
Final list would then look something like this:
Monsters (17)
BeastKing Barbaros x3
Beast Machine King Barbaros ur x1
Fusilier Dragon, The Dual-Mode Beast x3
A cat of ill omen x2
Mask of Darkness x2
Doomcaliber Knight x2
Thunder King Rai-Oh x2
Spells (10)
Mystical Space Typhoon x2
Dark Hole x1
Monster Reborn x1
Book of Moon x1
Pot of Duality x3
Forbidden Lance/Forbidden Chalice x2
Traps (11)
Skill Drain x3
Royal Oppression
Solemn Judgement
Mirror Force
Torrential Tribute
Dimensional Prison x2
Solemn Warning x2
+2 Cards of your own choice.
Notice that you have a lot of cards that force you to pay LP so you could take some out if it becomes to much.
