The answer given by Unknown and Assassin is incorrect. Solemn Judgment being able to destroy Jinzo has nothing to do with Spell Speed. Jinzo's effect is Continuous. Therefore it does not have a Spell Speed. The reason why Solemn Judgment is able to destroy Jinzo is because Jinzo is not on the field during the window of time in which you are allowed to respond to your opponent's attempt to summon a monster. It works like this:
1. Player A declares he will summon a monster.
2. Player B may respond and attempt to negate the summoning with a Counter Trap such as Solemn Judgment or Forced Back. At this point the monster is neither in the hand nor on the field. In the case of Jinzo, this means Jinzo's Continuous effect is not yet in play.
3. If Player B does not negate the summoning, then the summoning is considered successful. At this point the monster is on the field.
4. Player A now has priority to activate a Spell Speed 2/3 or Ignition effect.
5. Player B now is allowed to respond to the successfully summoned monster. This is the window of time during which Bottomless Trap Hole may be played. However, in the case of Jinzo, the monster is already on the field, so Jinzo's Continuous Effect is in play meaning Trap cards can no longer be used.
