Am not expert with this deck yet , so this is my first shot to make a naturia deck .. some fix and comments will be usefull .. so ..

Too many monsters, and you don't need that many different Naturia monsters. I would go with a hybrid instead of pure Naturia, but if you wanna keep it Naturia monsters only, just cut down on the less important monsters and add some spells/traps.
Don't like the Trap Holes either.

Naturia cards isn't good enough to play solo with them. You should use a Naturia Lockdown with Debris, Lonefire, Dandy. I'm this case, I can't help you

Definitely, building a deck naturia only aren't good imo (i just saying my opinion). Like berkay said you should replace with some cards combination another than "naturia" to make it looks competitive. For example naturia plasma ? :]..

Note: My mind is always tweaking this deck so if u see it now then later it might have changed because i got more stuff for it i still need cherries and Naturia Beast. i need one more Leodrake's Mane too.

Naturia are good enough to run ALMOST pure. If i were you i'd try to run it almost completely on plants. I run-

Spells and Traps are up to you for the most part. If you do use alot of plants there are a few great cards to have.
Spiritual Forest
Pollinosis
Miracle Fertalizer
One For One (this is useful either way)
World Tree
Scapegoat (so much fun in combination with spritual forest, especially for synchros)

Other good cards to use
Dandylion
Naturia Pineapple
any other good plant cards

My deck works great even with missing a few key cards.
