I just made this deck now that Cyber Dragon's at 3 again, but I know it needs fixes.

You should be focusing on getting out Cyber Twin/Cyber End, and Light Hex really helps with that. You can't use Light Hex as a Fusion Sub but you can use it's second effect to tribute it and a Cyber Dragon to get out Cyber Twin. Shining Angel and Sangan can search a good majority of the deck. Avarice recovers lost Cyber Dragons and other cards. 1 Starlight is enough and you need the Spell/Trap removal. I removed the 2 Vortexes and replaced them with Smashing because you don't want your opponent to use Starlight Road.
