[Poll] DK Event

So in short; Crims and I have been working on a Duelist Kingdom event. You gonna have Star Chips and you'll need 10 to go into Top 4 cut. We'll use TCG February 2004 banlist and cards until Dark Crisis (including Dark Crisis). Rules gonna be normal. Crimson and I have decided to make a poll about do y'all want to play with 4k or 8k life points so vote for that in the poll please. Thank you!

8K No stupid Burn for Win situations xD

If 4k gets voted we'll probably do matches but if 8k gets voted singles probably

4k is obviously gonna be the better choice since duels will be slower due to the less amounts of cards poeple will have access to, so making duel 8000 would be a nightmare.

Also, all duel should be single to make the feel more real.

4k lp take 5 turns minimum, speaking from experience. It also makes duels more exciting with using your resources correctly

Tbh 8000 is a better choice even though I have voted for 4k

Should  be 8k life, match duels. Anyone who says otherwise has obviously never had experience with old style yugioh.  The fact this is even a discussion boggles my mind honestly. Hell, I'd support matches being best of 5 in official tournaments/events.

Isn't 4000LP gonna help recreate the feel of the anime tho?

- Single duels to make it more intense 

- 8k because with 4k it will be very easy to lose and duels will be too short

I don Think it will be easy to lose, cuz we have like 4 booster sets of cards that players can use.

I see, well then. There was no indication in the OP that a custom rule set would be a thing.
Might want to wanna fix that, otherwise dinosaurs like me will just think you people are going to embrace "old yugioh" then get bitterly disappointed when it gets revealed that it's a custom format instead...

But I stand by what I said, unless your custom rule set would have restrictions on what can attack the turn it's summoned or something.

It's not a custom format. We gonna use Feb 2004 banlist and booster sets until Dark Crisis including Dark Crisis.
