Call of the haunted question

I know this is probably really noob but I am new to yugioh and couldn't find the answer to this on Google.

So the masked heroes such as dark law state that they can't be summoned with anything except mask change, I was just wondering if that means that I can't play call of the haunted to summon them from the grave? How does this interaction work?

Any answers are greatly appreciated!

You cannot use cards such as 'Call of the Haunted' or 'Soul Charge' to special summon Masked HERO Dark law.

The effect states that it must be special summoned by 'Mask Change' and cannot be special summoned by other ways.


If the effect merely stated ;must first be special summoned by 'Mask Change' you could.
