Chaos Sorcerer + Call of the Haunted

My friend says Chaos Sorcerer can be Special Summoned by Call of the Haunted because he has already Special Summoned it Properly. So is this a true statement?

Yes. Chaos Sorcerer is a Semi-Nomi monster. If he was special summoned by his own effect earlier he can then be summoned by other effects later on.

Semi-Nomi = "This card can only be summoned by" --> can be summoned by other effects if summoned properly by its own effect 1st.

Nomi = "This card cannot be summoned, except by" --> cannot be summoned in any way other than by its effect, ever.
