yang zing build with "controlled" yang zing creation could make this card very very cool.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's a korean exclusive, and will stay that way for quite some time. You might want to look into noden and earth shattering a bit more, as they recently became fully OCG legal. There is literally nowhere you can play korean exclusive cards except korea. You'd have to go into unlimited shit. Same with trapezohedron.

I play online only and mostly on ygopro percival with the checkmate server. So about DN that says korea is not ocg and devpro too, I have no issues xD but you can play it in tcg\ocg option and\or in a-non ranked duel xD
about IRL I just don't play it xD

Please don't hate korean exclusives and noden was illegal as you said but it didnt stop people talking about it AND ABUSE of him

Yes, they do. They had a different version of a pack which included Elder God Noden, Earth Shattering, Outer God Nyarla (Shit), Great Old One Cthugha, and The Unspeakable Trapezohedron (currently shit, unless they add some more stuff.) The first 3 of these are fully OCG legal as of september 13th, when Extra Pack: Knights of Order appeared.

Another difference in cards with Korean packs is that they have missing child cards. Like, seriously, yugioh packs in south korea have cards asking people to look for these missing children. Google it.
