If you're running a deck that doesn't add cards from your deck to your hand in this meta then probably you'll lose anyways after this card leaves the field.

Bloody Rai-Oh does not work this format, what makes you think this little shit does?

Because it works against Tellaknight, Seraph, Traptrix, Hands, even shaddolls cant search, qliphorts can't search and combo with Mask of restriction or similar can do its work. I don't say you win 100% by using it. but at least it makes its work like MISTAKE
