PoC and Bottomels Trap Hole

Can Bottomels Trap Hole be used against Phantom of Chaos?
I heard is can be used if you call for Priority is it true?
I tought you can because PoC eff can be activated after you summon it.

Well i dont think he can since when u summon him the original ATK is 0 but then he GAIN atk so i dont think he can .. i hope i helped

No, you cannot use BTH. PoC's ATK is 0. If you use priority to remove a monster with 1500 ATK or more, PoC does not receive the stat boost until the effect is done resolving, at which point it is way past the time when you could've activated BTH.
