Years have passed by after the mafia overthrew the town in a war within Duel Academy. As time passed by, they grew until the entire school was nothing more than a kingdom in which the mafia reigned supreme. Everyone was mafia and the few survivors of the Town hid in plain site. They walked and talked amongst the mafia. No one suspected a single survivor... until now. The Don was found dead sitting in the former chancellor’s chair. In his hand a paper was nailed. It read: We are taking back what’s ours.

This rendition of the Mafia will still be based off of three factions: Mafia, Renegade, and Neutrals. The Mafia are the bad guys and their job is to find out who the Renegade and Neutrals are, and lynch them. The Mafia know who each other are, but they don't know the roles of the Renegades and Neutrals. The Mafia may kill one person per night, but only one Mafia may do the killing per night. Once there are no more remaining Renegades or Neutrals, the Mafia wins and will continue to reign supreme. The Renegades are the good guys, and their job is to kill out all of the Mafia and Neutrals. The Renegades don't know who is who. When there are no more Mafia or Neutral Roles the Renegades win and will have officially taken back Duel Academy. The Neutral roles are neither in favor of the Renegade or Mafia. The win condition of the Neutrals varies depending on their role.

There are many terms you will need to be familiar with to play Mafia, such as:
Lynch: A lynch is when enough people vote for someone to be killed at the start of the night. In order to vote for someone to be lynched, you must post “/vote username”. Once 5 people vote for the same person, the lynch is official and will be carried out at the end of the day. The lynch will be locked, and no one will be allowed to change their votes. You can, however, change your vote before the same person is voted 5 times. If you do not want anyone to be lynched yet, then you will post “/vote no lynch”
Day and Night: During the day is when everyone has time to try to figure out who has what roles, and discuss things (this is done through posting in the thread). You also vote for a lynch during the day. If you feel there is nothing to discuss yet, or if a lynch is locked, and you feel that the night should be starting already, then you post “skip day”. During the day, double posting is allowed, but editing your post is illegal (to prevent cheating). The night is when you send out your night actions (killing, roleblocking, etc.). During the night, you may not post until the day starts again. You are allowed to tell people what happened to you at night, but you may not provide proof that it happened (example: posting a screenshot of the PM I sent you, or quoting it).
Natural Disasters
(credits to Salader for giving me the idea). Natural Disasters (Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Tornados, etc.) will happen once the game goes at-least 3 Days with 3 or more inactive players. Mafia Roles

The Gang-banger: The Gang-banger may choose someone at night to roleblock. A roleblocked target will be notified that they were roleblocked, but not by who. Anyone who is roleblocked may not carry out their night action.
The Mugger: The Mugger may choose someone to mug at night. If someone is mugged, they will be unable to talk during the next day, except for voting and skipping day. The Mugger may only use this action twice. The target will be notified if they were mugged, but not by who.
The Blackmailer: The Blackmailer may choose someone to blackmail at night. If someone is blackmailed, they may not vote the next day. Someone who is blackmailed will be notified, but they won't know who blackmailed them. This action can only be performed once.
The Framer: The Framer may choose someone at night to frame as Mafia. If the Framers target is investigated, all the roles revealed will show up as Mafia and Neutral roles.
The Thug: The Thug can choose to rob at night. Someone robbed by the Thug will not have their role or faction revealed if they die the same night they are robbed. This action can be done twice only.
The Stalker: The Stalker may choose someone to investigate at night.
The Dark Mage The Dark Mage may choose someone to resurrect at night. The resurrected player will die the at the end of the next day. This action can be done two times only.
The Dark Knight The Dark Knight's only night action is to kill at night when no other Mafia is doing the killing.
The Witch At night, the Witch may pick two targets. The first target will have their night action resolve on the second target (if they used it this night). The Witch's targets will not know that the Witch has controlled them.
Renegade Roles

Detective: The Detective may choose someone to investigate each night. The results they get will be random, but one will always be the correct role. The person investigated will not be notified.
Civilian: The Civilian has no night action.
Popular Kid: At night, the Popular Kid may choose to reveal theirself the next day. Once this is done, the Popular Kid will be announced at the start of the next day, and their vote will count as 3 votes this day only. This action can only be done once.
Vigilante: The Vigilante may choose to prepare for self-defense at night. If they are targeted while in self-defense mode, anyone who targets them this night will be killed, and any immunity they have will be pierced. The Vigilante may only go on defense three times.
Body Guard: The Body Guard may choose to either role-block, protect, or investigate someone at night, but they may only do each of these actions one time only.
Hacker: The Hacker may hack into someone’s system to keep watch of them. They will be notified of everyone that their target visits at night, if any.
Lover: The Lover may choose someone to charm at night, other than their self. The charmed target will be notified that they were charmed, and they will be able to do their night action twice this night, even if it's a one time only action. If the Lover targets a Mafia, the action will fail. The Lover may only charm someone twice, and once per night only. The Lover may not charm the same person more than once.

Neutral Roles

Cult Leader: Each night, the Cult Leader may choose someone to recruit to the cult. Everyone recruited by the cult loses their original win condition and night actions, while becoming part of the cult. If the Cult Leader dies, a member of the cult will each suicide one by one each night until they are all gone. If the Cult Leader tries to recruit a Mafia, it will fail. In order for the cult to win, there must be more total members of the cult than the living Mafia and Town. The cult may win if there are some of the left at the end, but if they all die, they may not win.
Serial Killer: The Serial Killer must choose someone to kill each night (this is not optional). If the Serial Killer targets someone who was protected by a Doctor or Body Guard, then the Doctor/Body Guard will be killed instead. For the Serial Killer to win, the Serial Killer must be the only one left alive. If the Serial Killer is to be killed, they will survive once.
The Bomber
The Bomber may choose someone to plant a bomb on at night. Anybody who visits this target will be killed, except the Hacker. If the Bomber is to be killed, they will survive once only. In order for the Bomber to win, they must be the last one left alive.
Executioner
The executioner is given a target at the beginning of the game. In order for the Executioner to win, their target must be lynched. If their target dies at night, they become a Survivor with no vests.
Survivor
The Survivor may choose to use a vest at night, which will grant them immunity to kills (except immunity-piercing kills) at night. The Survivor has 3 uses of the vest. In order for the Survivor to win, they must live through the whole game.
The JesterThe Jester wins by being lynched during the day. When the Jester is lynched, one of the people who voted for them will die at random. This kill will pierce any immunity. When the Jester is lynched, the game will continue and at the end, the Jester win alongside the faction that won.
Serial Killer: The Serial Killer must choose someone to kill each night (this is not optional). If the Serial Killer targets someone who was protected by a Doctor or Body Guard, then the Doctor/Body Guard will be killed instead. For the Serial Killer to win, the Serial Killer must be the only one left alive. If the Serial Killer is to be killed, they will survive once.
The Bomber
The Bomber may choose someone to plant a bomb on at night. Anybody who visits this target will be killed, except the Hacker. If the Bomber is to be killed, they will survive once only. In order for the Bomber to win, they must be the last one left alive.
Executioner
The executioner is given a target at the beginning of the game. In order for the Executioner to win, their target must be lynched. If their target dies at night, they become a Survivor with no vests.

Prizes
Each member of the winning facility will get 2000 DP and the MVP of my choice will get 5000 DP and a userbar. If a neutral role wins, they get 5000 DP.
