if i summon a spirit monster then creature swap it for my opponent's monster...
and then i end my turn.. will it return to my hand or to my opponent's hand?

No.

Even if the control of a monster has switched, when it leaves the field, it will go back to the original owner's hand/grave/deck.

Spirit monsters return to the hand during the end phase of the turn they were summoned; They will return back to your hand.
