Does zombie world effect synchro summons?

If you're asking whether it prevents Synchro Summons with its "Neither player can Tribute Summon monsters, except Zombie-type monsters." effect, then the answer is no because Synchro Summons are something completely different from Tribute Summons.

A tribute summon is when you tribute a monster on your field to normal summon a 5-star or higher monster in your hand.

ah but their are cases where zombie world CAN stop synchro or XYZ summon sometimes even fusion summon

scince zombie worls changes all mosnters to zombie type you wouldnt be be able to sychrom summon a card like trident dragion due to the fact you dont have any dragon monsters while zombie world is on the field, same concept goese for the evolzars, and certain fusion monsters :/
