Well, pure Fabled decks have the potential of an OTK/FTK.
So, you could lose the Tengu's and Doppelwarrior.
Focus on getting two Fabled Rajin onto the field, then getting Quasar Dragon, and good game.

To do that, you need to lose all your traps, because Fabled's are fast, and traps slow em' down.

Just focus on Grimro, Krus, Raven(the most important card, is you ask me), Cerburrel, Chawa and Lurrie. Max them.
Them you can add 1 of each of these:Nozoochee, Ganashia, Catsith, Miztoji. (IMO, those are the fastest cards you can add to the main Fabled cards)

Morphing Jar works great with Fabled's.

Use the staple spells like MST, Trunade, Book of Moon and Reborn,Dark Hole, Mind Control.

Then, add a couple of Hand Destruction(lets you discard two fables, getting and draw two cards, getting a huge card advantage of 4), Card Destruction, and Avarice(for recycling in case your opponent somehow survives), and Monster Reincarnation(lets you recycle and SS a monster).

If you must add some traps, 1 Solemn Judgment or 2 Solemn Warnings are enough.

That is basically a Fabled deck focused around getting 2 Rajin on the field, then Quasar Dragon to end the duel.

Now, if you want to build a Fabled Tengu deck, that's a whole different story. Hope I helped
