Please take some time to tell us some decent combos this deck could have but, first and foremost what are the effective strategies these 40 cards could provide. Equip cards are not used anymore, apart from very few exceptions on some fun decks, because there are simply other ones that give the player significant advantage over the opponent by removing monsters and s/t from the field while granting access to a variety of powerful combos. Some staples are missing and there are also cards irrelevant to each other: Marauding Captain effect conflicts with Skill Drain if you activate it early on the game and Goblin Black Ops can have many better replacements like Chainsaw Insect or Beast King Barbaros if that's supposed to be a Skill Drain deck.

The idea for a deck is one of my favorites when it comes to making a skill drain deck. First you will want 3 chainsaw insects, 3 beast king barbaros, 2-3 fusilers. Also in a deck like this you should aim to run burden of the mighty, along with bottomless trap hole. In a deck like this it is good to also an equip card like axe of despair or a nice high attack boost, allowing just about any of your cards to be able to defeat your oponents with ease. Now one of the biggest problems with these decks are that they are slow. You can try to running reckless greed.
