1. You need to be a part of Ra to sign up for this tournament.
2. I have the ability to accept and deny anyone into this tournament, but if you want to know the reason you were denied feel free to private message me.
3. If you can't complete your duels on time notify me so you don't hold up the tournament.
4. The only ban decks for this tournament are Burn, Mill, Stall, FTK, and OTK. Along with the current ban list.
5. If you can't contact your opponent private message me instead of posting in the topic.
6. If you suspect your opponent is cheating then screen it, and put the duel on hold until and send me the screens.
7. Updates may come later.
