1.Only duelists from Obelisk Blue can participate.
2.The tourny will be with 8or16 duelists
3.We use september banlist
4.All duels will be match best 2/3, Deck change forbidden, Side Deck allowed
5.In this Tournament are banned:
FTK,Exodia,Mill,Burn,Stall(marshmallon and spirit reaper included),XX-Saber Faultroll
6.If you can not reach your opponent(before that pm him) private message me.Do not post in the topic.
7.If you suspect your opponent is cheating then screen
it, put the duel on hold, and message me with the screens.
