why dont we make a tournament with all the members that want to become the dorm leader

The dorm could initiate its own thing, but it has no meaning if not confirmed by Staff.

There are the dorm leader tournamens now. You can sign up for them in the tournament section.

I am unclear as to what you are saying. Are we supposed to suggest a dorm leader tournament for Ra in a place where tournaments are suggested for the entire academy?
