Mmmm, the effect of Naruto Kyuubi is contradictory... Because if he cannot be special summoned he cannot be fusion summoned... And even if that was right, it is overpowered.

anyways i dont think that naruto kyuubi is so overpowered cause it doesnt denies trap or spell cards eff so with a solemn u can beat him or trap hole
and it is destroyed 1 turn after invocation and cant be SS so i dont see were is the overpower
