I would honestly not use Shining Dragon. Since you should be using Dragon's Mirror to summon BEUD, Shining won't get the ATK increase. And it can still be destroyed by mass destruction effects like Mirror Force, Vortex, Judgment Dragon, and so on. Ultimate Dragon is also easier to summon.

It's just not worth it. But that's just my opinon.

If you really want to run it, however...

Replace Troop Dragon with The White Stone of Legend.

And consider Elemental Hero Prisma. It can dump BEWD for later Dragon's Mirror use.

Dimensional Prison is better than Sak-Armor. And no Bottomless Trap Hole or Mirror Force?
