If i active, Royal Decree, and the person active Dark Bribe, would that counter it?
Or not...
Cuz my royal decree allows me to stop trap cards, and then he counter it?~

He counters it your trap is chain link 1 his is chain link 2
The biggest activates first so royal is negated
