Team Creation Requirements
Required DP & Post Count (DA Game Posts and the similar will not be counted. This is up for debate)
- Slifer: 500DP, 50 Posts
- Ra: 1000DP, 100 Posts
- Obelisk: 1500DP, 150 Posts
- Society of Light: 2000DP, 200 Posts
- 3 Members Required (Team Member Confirmation Required)
- Society of Light & Obelisk are forbidden from being on the same team.
- Team Name & Abbreviation must be different from any team approved prior
Team War Rules
- War Format will be decided by team leaders (Crossfire/FE)
- Format will be decided by team leaders (TCG/OCG/TCG+OCG)
- All wars will follow the current format banlist UNLESS both teams agree to duke it out in a previous format. We ask that you are highly educated in previous formats, as far as rulings knowledge before indulging in this type of format. Any debates on banlist between two teams will be handled by Staff. (In case of TCG+OCG, team leaders should ensure that their members know the current Worlds Banlist)
- War deadlines will be issued dependent upon the amount of players involved in the war (I.E. - A 3 member war, keeping in mind all members SHOULD be highly active should receive a deadline of no more than 15 days)
- Wars will be approved by Staff (We will ensure that everything is understood and outlined to better handle any disputes that may arise during the war)
- War Threads are only to contain the initial OP, score reports, substitutions, and significant notifications as to not clog the thread.(We will create a chat in Discord as the primary source for setting up war matches, disputes, etc)
- Disconnection results in a game loss. In the event that a D/C occurs and you held advantage and could win within 1-3 turns, proof must be provided/confirmation from opponent must be provided for this to be overruled.
- Any and all disputes will be handled via DM in Discord/DA. Screenshots of both players siding screens MUST be provided for your case to be ruled. Screenshots of the situation is recommended. The match in question must be put on halt, and depending on the format agreed upon NEITHER player is to continue warring until dispute is resolved.
If you meet the above criteria for team creation, you are free to begin your team's thread in the Teams Forum (By posting you have agreed to meeting the criteria. We will verify once that you are indeed creating the team. Once confirmed, we will deduct the DP cost from you as agreed:
- Team Name {Abbreviation}
- Team Leader
- Team Co-Leader {If any}
- List of Team Members {Each must verify they are a member of the team}
Explanation of War Formats
Crossfire - Each member is allowed to face any member of the opposing team. Once you lose, you are out. The war will progress dependent upon the results of a match.
FE - Each team leader will decide the lineup of their team which will not change. The war will progress dependent upon the results of a match.
We value our communitys' opinion on the outline. While some things are up for debate, some things will not be. Openly discuss your thoughts with us here if you have stated "No" to this outline, and its obvious if you said "Yes" that you are fine with outline as is. I look forward to hearing from you all. If we are successful, more war formats and an increase in team member count can be done.
