-1 Barbaros
-2 Exiled Force (only useful in Rat/Warrior toolbox decks nowadays. Just because it works with Skill Drain doesn't make it a good card here.)
-2 E Emergency Call (with Stratos and Rota already here this is redundant for only 3 copies of 1 monster. yes, it thins the deck but stun decks don't particular care about thinning since they mostly deal in 1 for 1's and therefore don't have many dead draws anyway.)
-1 Burden of the Mighty (running 1 copy teched is fine, but running multiple copies can result in reducing the strength of this deck, which is consistently being able to remove monsters from the field.)
-1 Dimensional Prison (only gadgets need to run 3 of these, you could even cut 1 more copy if you feel you are in need of more space)
-2 Dark Bribe (VERY RARELY worth the +1 you are giving your opponent. In the case of stun, which is all about creating and maintaining card advantage, this is an especially bad card. It is decent in decks that can OTK since it can potentially shut down a trap that would stop your OTK, but in control decks like this it is just an unnecessary +1 for your opponent. Bad card is bad.)
-9 / +9 = 40 cards
+3 Doomcaliber Knight
+1 Chaos Sorcerer
+1 Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind
Those are all good monsters for your deck-type, and Gale will at least give you some access to synchro monsters.
+1 Brain Control (such a useful card. should be in almost any deck you make. Huge versatility.)
+1 Smashing Ground / Book of Moon (your choice here. I'd probably go Smashing Ground, but a 3rd BoM isn't bad at all either.)
+2 Dust Tornado (since this isn't a build where you can really use Caius, the deck is limited to only Heavy Storm and MST for s/t removal which isn't acceptable. 2 copies of Dust Tornado at least brings you up to 4 ways to remove pesky s/t cards.)
