Clash Royale is a freemium mobile strategy video game developed and published by Supercell. The game combines elements from collectible card games, tower defense, and multiplayer online battle arena.


 Clash Royale is an online multiplayer game where players battle each other in real time. The battles happen in an arena where both players have three towers, placed at opposite ends of the screen. The goal is to destroy all three towers as possible within the given time limit. The player who destroys more towers than his opponent wins, destroying all three towers results in instant victory and more trophies. If the player destroys the middle tower, he will automatically win and destroy all the other towers, if remained. The middle tower however, is the hardest to get as the middle tower has alot more health than the left and right tower, players must do whatever it takes for them to reach the middle.


Cards :
During gameplay, the player is randomly offered four cards to place on the battlefield at any time. When a card is used, another randomly chosen card replaces it. Each card costs a certain amount of elixir (which is automatically generated during gameplay) to use. More powerful cards generally cost more elixir.
More cards can be earned from chests, gained by winning battles, or by buying them from an in-game shop. Cards come in different rarities, where rarer cards tend to be more powerful. Cards can also be upgraded; if the player has multiples of a particular card, they can be merged to form a higher-level version of the same card for a specific amount of gold.
Game cards are classified according to rarity:

  • Common
  • Rare
  • Epic
  • Legendary

Common cards are often low elixir troop cards or units, multiple common cards can be found on most chests and cards of the same type can be upgraded when you reach the exact number of cards required for that certain unit.
Rare cards are higher level units that consumes greater amount of elixir for deployment. Mostly are composed of basic spell, high damage or high defense troops.
Epic cards can mostly be found on magical chests. These cards are either units, spells or building with special skills and attributes that can greatly affect the success of your arena battles.
Legendary cards are the rarest and most valuable. Legendary cards can be very hard to find. So far as of this update there are only 2 kinds of these cards in the game and more legendary cards will soon be introduced as fans have speculated. No confirmation has been made at this point by Supercell though.
It is also important to note that specific cards will only be unlocked once you reach certain arenas within the game.
Chests :
Winning battles earns you chests. These chests contain cards and gold the player can use to improve their deck. As with the cards, chests come in different rarities, the more rare chests offering more valuable rewards. Opening chests takes time however, and the rarer the chest, the more hours it takes to open one. The game does offer the option to open chests right away with an in-game currency, gems. Chests can also be bought with gems in the shop section, where they are unlocked instantly.
The rarity and quality of the chest comes in this order: wooden chest (only in training camp), free chest (you get every 4 hours), silver chest, golden chest, giant chest, magical chest, and super magical chest.
There is also a crown chest that is available every 24 hours, which you unlock instantly by destroying 10 towers in battles.
Players however, do not get chests from the training arena nor friendly battles.

My opinion:
I really like this game. I have been playing Clash of Clash for more than a year, and I enjoy this game as much. It's really fun and everyone should try it.

Oh, I got Baby Dragon and Lightening spell from Crown Chest the last couple of days. Though they're useless as I never use these two cards lol

It's a 1-trophy-win deck. You often never get the chance to get 3 crowns with this deck.

I usually win with 1 or 2 crowns anyway. If I see that my opponent is really bad, I go for 3. When I know he's good, I control 1-0. But if I take his tower quickly I usually go for one more.

I face Lava Hound like in 1 in 50 battles lol. However I battle Ice Wizard quite frequently. And it's easy. Today I had a tough match, my Hog Rider didn't manage to hit a tower in 3 minutes of battle, then I started counter-push in overtime with Musketeer and Archers, supported by another Musketeer and that counter-push won me the game at the end.

I'd suggest switching Spear Goblins for Skeleton Army, but at such low trophies Skeleton Army can come handy. Your choice.

Well for lower arenas (1 and 2) skeleton army is pretty much a must since its a giant-exterminator

people in high arenas still use them but not as much.....

Easy, you basically stack up Elixer and attack with Hog Rider. All of your cards are low-cost so you can cycle back to your Hog Rider quite easily in the over-time. Musketeer + Spirits takes care of Baloons. Also, Cannon is a good distraction for those if placed properly. Cannon will have Baloons redirect their attack to it while Musketeer can widdle it down at ease. Lava hound is tanky but barley does any dmg, cannon + Musketeer can take care of it, though if he's backing up his Lava Hound with, lets say, Wizard or a Musketeer of his own, then wait until his back up cards are locked into a target (Tower/Cannon) then drop Skeletons and they'll do the rest. They cannon switch targets once they lock in until they destroy it.

I'd share a couple of my replies but sadly you're not in my clan.

But now I see, Thanks for explaining, however ive found it very useful too run 2 types of buildings in your deck.....

especially since most decks run big cards like Royal Giant

Found this very useful since it not only deals with giants but balloons, and if they mass spam troops wizard and fire spirits and even fireball clears the trouble, I truly find it a good deck and literally need 1 more battle to win to get to arena 7 (1997 trophies) so yea, any improvements you guys think theyre should be?

I would suggest you only to try find some space for Zap. But if deck is serving you well, then I think there is no need to change anything. I'm still around 2150. Got a Giant chest today.

Got any ideas on how to improve it?

Well, you need Fireball and/or Arrows in your deck. I'd suggest taking out either Goblin Barrel, or either Mini Pekka, Valkyrie or Muskeeter for them. What level is your cannon at?

Your deck is quite expensive, try not to run a deck that has more than 3.5 elixer usage. I'd say remove Prince and Goblin Barrel alongside Mini PEKKA for Skeletons, Cannon and Zap.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] You can Fireball her, though that'd leave her with a bit of HP, you can finish her then with anything you got that is cost efficient. Or just put Cannon, he'll take care of her alongside your Crown Tower. OR, you can throw Barbarians at her once she reaches your side, they'll get her instantly.

That's only because players don't know how to counter them. 

holy fuck..... lost over 300 trophies, literally EVERY opponent I faced had lightning,, which counters me hard with my 2-tower build.... back to arena 5 with 1600 trophies..... sigh.... its like a pattern lol


That's what you get for not taking a break! Don't worry, if a deck got you that high, no need for changes.

Actually anything past 4.3 is okay, as long as the deck is played properly. Funny thing is I played both Prince and Goblin Barrel until I hit Arena 5. And Beast is Arena 3/4, so he doesen't have a Zap yet, unfortunately.
