Anyway, your decks are good though maybe you could try less traps in your Qliphort deck (I'd take out Imperial Order). You can add Performapal Trampolnx which can bounce your Scout. Trade-In is pretty cool for bricks and One Day of Piece can save your ass when you don't draw the right cards. +Extra deck can come handy sometimes so add rank 4's

EDIT: I forgot Laser Qlip. It's a good card for OTK's.

I prefer upstart goblin over Pot of duality simple because it stops you from Pendulum summoning.

I'd consider at least one Re-Qliate, can stonewall decks that Lose 1 Turn doesn't hit, and is searchable.

I'm also a fan of Stealth at 3, since he is by far the more versatile of the high-tribute Qli.

I'm like a boomerang, Centrik. I always bounce right back. 
Wouldn't Duality be better than Upstart though since it digs through the deck for Scout more than Upstart?
As for Re-Qliate, I don't like the card because it's mandatory, meaning any optional trigger or quick effect gets around it
