When a monster(s) would be Special Summoned, OR a monster effect is activated: Pay 1500 LP; negate the Special Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card

I knew this would be happen. We Had 3000, 2000, and Now 1500. The original can count as 4000 :v

I love it because it'd help my main decks a lot, but I hate it because it also screws my main deck over so hard.
