This deck uses mainly Over Hundred Numbers and No.39's evoluted forms as it's main beater, also it's a real simple and luck depending deck.
This main point of this deck is to always get 2 level 4 monsters out in order to prepare a XYZ summon for Rank 4 XYZ that mainly revolves around "Number 39: Utopia". "Why No.39?" may be a question that arises up. The reason is simple: No.39 can be used as stepping rock for "Number S39: Utopia the Lightning" and "Number S0: Hope Zexal"
This deck mainly relies on these 3 points/elements mainly:
1) S0's effect of not letting your opponent duel on their turn.
2) The luck of drawing "Rank-up Magic - The Seventh One" in your normal draw (Note that this deck don't put any engines to let it be on top of deck, only trust your luck! #HeartOfTheCards)
3) HOLY LIGHTNING combo aka Throne+Scepter

All NORMAL SPELL Rank-up Magics: They are here for the requirement to XYZ summon this deck's last hope "S0" mainly.
"Seventh One"- Test your luck drawing it normally with no placing deck top engine!
"Astral Force"- Since the extra doesn't have any rank 6, this only serve the purpose of summoning "S0", the salvage effect can be somehow useful when you are need a RUM in hand.
"Limited Barian's Force"- To switch Rank 4s to Chaos Over Hundred Numbers such as "CNo.101-Silent Honors Dark Knight", "CNo.104- Masquerade Magician Umbral"
Sometimes when you sensed your opponent's trap is awaiting for you to XYZ or when you see Flying Cockroaches on your field, just like some of the other common decks, you may rather choose the option to just attack and end turn. "CNo.107 Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon", as you may have noticed already, can only be summoned with "The Seventh One". It's a free 4500 beater with stunning effect if you can get it out, It can support "S39" to be finishers of a game.
.......and that's about it, get lucky to draw "The Seventh One", get out "S0" to not let your opponent duel on their turn, or simply just attack with S39, all the methods are simple and sometimes can be effective depending on the situation.
