Posting Problems/ Bugs

Earlier today I posted a resume for assiant title. It got views then when I came back to post something else it showed only one post but in my profile it showed I had posted twice. When I tried to post a third topic  it was unsuccessful and it constantly keeps redirecting me back. Can someone look into these bugs? Thanks.

Though, it's worthy to note, we rarely pick new members to be part of our staff team. We prefer those whom had been part of our community for a good few months and have a stable activity within the forum.
