Help DN Problems

HELP I CANT log in DN........ i cant aces DN all i see is the black luster soldier and the box where i should write my username and password is all BLANK....

wait are you saying you don't know your username or pass?

no thats not what hes saying asura ive had this hapen to me a few times but let me make sure i know what your saying

basicly after the sliding cards have gone the box that has username and password info isnt there and the box that deals with anouncements is there its jsut blank

if what i jsut said is it just refrsh the page and it should be fine

yeah it is weird, but i got told i needed somethingi n my sound port, and once i did it, it worked.
