what decks u think are the noobiest
ill say

1)LW
2)Exodia
3)monarchs
4)BW

Neither of them.
These are Just TOP Decks + Exodia.

They are just strong.

all of them
but the most is Exodia cuz they don't fight O.o

For me they are top. Why? New cards like Battle Fader.

i dont like them cuz they arechip.
U can win easier with them but
but for ex. monarchs when u summon them a monster will be destroyed
