(2) If this card is destroyed by your opponent’s effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Red-Eyes” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster.

This card is ultimate mst/galaxy cyclone bait. If its targeted while face down you can chain it to summon 1 monster and then when its sent to the grave summon another.
