Blue is still the highest dorm in DA.

It is not about being in the highest rank. There are some people who were so loyal to DA and didn't go to anywhere else. Some of them did lots of things here for DA ( Like you Anzo). 

The idea is at least to say thank you to these guys by at least being known and special in their academy that they are/were so loyal to.


By doing this it will be win-win situation.
The old legends will still have their place here . Also, it will motivate the other members to put more effort here to get that level of appreciation.
