Yes it does. It negates everything. From Exodia to every fiber in one's body.

No. MST doesn't negate anything. But there are some examples where MST can stop a card from resolve its effect. Such as Continuous Trap\Spell, Pendulum Monsters as Spell, Field Spell or similar cards that must be Face-up To Resolve.

Simply put: MST doesn't negate the card's activation or effect; however, It does destroy cards. Hence, some cards that require to be face-up on the field to resolve their effects won't be able to resolve anything because they're no longer on the field. This pretty much apply on Continues Spell and Trap cards, in addition to Field Spell Cards.
