Spellcaster Deck

I need help with this spellcaster deck to make it faster. I've noticed once I can get it going its a good deck however just the playing is really slow. The main point of the deck is the use of spell counters and for the support of Dark Magician.

Try Fortune Ladies/Prophecy or a pure Prophecy deck. Dark Magician does not get not enough support yet. A deck built around him is playable, but too slow. However I know a interesting build. Please look at this :3

I got a prophecy deck that has a great win to lose ratio however I just want to dark magician deck and having it be usable for more personal reasons.
