All-out Attacks for EVERYONE?

If I activated All-out Attacks in my main phase 2,after special summoning in defense mode, e.g. Special summoning Mist Bird Clausolas in Def. mode, activating All-out Attacks and then activating Ojama Trio, would Clausolas be changed to attack mode?
I'm building a Duston OTK deck along the same lines of Ojama Trio OTK, so it's VITAL THAT I KNOW!

All-Out Attacks must be first active on the field before the special summoned monsters in order for them to be changed to ATK position. So you can special summon a monster in DEF position and then activate All-Out Attacks and the monster will remain in DEF position.
