There is two kinds of Ritual Monsters: A starts with "This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card....." B starts with "You can Ritual Summon this card with......", my question is the following:- Can i use Advanced Ritual Art to summon a Ritual monster which starts with A phrase?
