That is the most awesome suggestion I ever saw hahahah. About the deck, I don't even know what's it supposed to do  Maybe one less pallooza to free some space? Maybe focus it more on the lightsworn build and just use Magileine to make Tiara and bump back some Madolche traps for it's effect? Yet I can't see what you saw in this combination.

Basically, concept is to mill out cards I can use to spam hootcake's effect. Mew + Hootcake = Tiaramisu

Then I guess Call of Haunted is good to go, and I don't think Mew and the Field are gonna be of much use. You don't need mew as level 3 to make M-X-Saber. You should take then out to free some space. Cruffsaint isn't too good as well, but I'm not sure what to do with it. I would suggest Lumina as she can help you set Madolches in the Grave for Hoot. You should also add some easier ways to call Earth level 3 monsters; Fusionist, Crane Crane and even Spell Striker are all examples.

EDIT: good ol' Card Trooper is good too, opponent hates givin us extra cards to hand  .
