Exiled Force isn't so good when RotA is at 1. He is good only when you can choose when to use him, because sometimes he can be fairly useless. As Fenix said, LC runs a stun-like environment and along with your Oppression you shouldn't be running so many tuners. Cut the Soldiers of Mist Valley. R - Righteous Justice is actually not so good a card, because it takes out exactly the same number of cards as you have E Heroes. If you have 2 E Heroes and the opponent only has 1 s/t card, you can't use it. So it's a bit situational since it's only good if you have at least 2 E Heroes and opponent has at least 2 s/t cards. Otherwise you get no card advantage out of it and LC isn't fast enough to OTK. Any deck that runs Drain should also include Barbaros. That is just common sense. Cyber Dragon is also a big beatstick for LC and you should add that in. I do disagree with Fenix's choice not to run Thunder King, since he works very well with the deck. You are missing BTH, which is very important. You should be valuing BTH over D Prison (not that I'm saying you should cut Prisons in this deck, but definitely find a way to include the 2x BTH).
