1. Not the whole war, only the two of you.
2. Non of you or him is able to be subbed out.
3. You won't be able to duel anyone else beside TDS once you're down to 1 heart.

Why would he be able to change his deck if he won? He only changes deck if he lost. And since have have two hearts left, when he loses one of them, the only person he'll be able to duel is TDS, which means he's locked with this deck for the rest of this event.
