I don't wonna duel this asshole though... He is a complete jerk to his opponent and it's not very entertaining (this is an entertainment based game).

It's called "player behavior" deal with it. You can't refuse a challenge for such a reason. On a further note, try to keep this war clean as much as possible. Having some "aggressive" talk" during the duel is one of this game's qualities.
