Can i have a full deck? (Inc Side and Extra)

I would like it to either be Genex based or Mist Valley based (I don't mind either Which ever you feel better making)

I believe since i am ordering a full deck i get a 50% discount?

Am I right in reading that I can ask for a full deck for only 100DP? If so I would like to do that please just something good for a beginner (need to learn again with new cards :S) Thanks very much.
