Yes, the moment you've all been waiting for... at last, I have finally made a guide that shows you an interesting and unique deck that can actually stand a chance in the current meta.
Main card:
Great thing about this is that you can incorporate the Ninja engine in it, using Ninjitsu Art of Transformation to bring out Mist Valley Apex Avian for the whole "negate everything" tactic.
This deck has the potential of doing that but with a new card that's been released, it canmake this deck even more spammable.
Card being:
-Normal Summon Harpie Dancer.
-Have Divine Wind of Mist Valley activated.
-Activate Harpie Dancer to return itself/another WIND to the hand.
-Special Summon any Lvl4 WIND monster from your deck.
Simple and effective combo that abuses Divine Wind as much as possible.
Lets take a look at some more cards:
These two are great. Why?
-Special Summon Genex Blastfan.
-Add Genex Ally Birdman.
-Return one other monster to the hand.
-Syncro Summon for Arcanite Magician.
And if you have some method of resetting the Field Spell, you can potentially get another monster out from Genex Ally Birdman returning a WIND. That's why these two are great.
You can ignore the first effect. Not much use in this deck. What you want is the second effect. I mean, who doesn't want to steal an opponent's boss monster with some Lvl1 that randomly spawned out of thin air? Literally.
Why not? If you have enough spam power, this card just gives you an extra Life Point bonus. Everyone loves to have a way of replenishing Life Points for the cost of pretty much nothing.
This acts as a Book of Moon of sorts. You need a Field Spell in order to activate this and, in normal circumstances, it would just be bothersome. However, this isn't a normal circumstance as your deck focuses on abusing Divine Wind of Mist Valley. Having an effective form of re-using it more than once per turn is essential for dominating the field.
If go over 40 cards, it's not the end of the world. With the rate of Special Summoning this deck has, your deck will be depleted of monsters by your 3rd turn if you do things right so pack up your deck with a nice range of monsters.
Your main threat would be cards like Maxx "C", Mystical Space Typhoon and Torrential Tribute. You can't really do much about Maxx "C" so when this card is dropped, it's best to try and sustain a good field with the least amount of Special Summons.
As for the other two, just have a good set of backrow removal cards and you should be fine. Once Stardust is out, you wont have too much to worry about.
Since this deck is heavily reliant on the one Field Spell, having an effective form of searching it out as soon as possible is advised. Maybe even a way of recycling it from the grave.
That's all from me this week. It's been a long one but it's also been an epic one.

Main card:
Divine Wind of Mist Valley :
Once per turn, if a face-up WIND monster you control returns to the hand, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck.
Great thing about this is that you can incorporate the Ninja engine in it, using Ninjitsu Art of Transformation to bring out Mist Valley Apex Avian for the whole "negate everything" tactic.
Mist Valley Apex Avian :
When an effect is activated, you can select 1 face-up "Mist Valley" card you control. Return that "Mist Valley" card to its owner's hand, negate the effect's activation, and destroy the card whose effect was activated.
Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo :
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Ninjitsu Art" card from your Deck to your hand. When this card is Flip or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Ninja" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo".
Ninjitsu Art of Transformation :
Tribute 1 face-up "Ninja" monster you control; Special Summon 1 Beast, Winged Beast, or Insect-Type monster with a Level less than or equal to the Level of the Tributed card + 3 from your hand or Deck. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster.
This deck has the potential of doing that but with a new card that's been released, it canmake this deck even more spammable.
Card being:
Harpie Dancer :
You can target 1 face-up WIND monster you control; return that target to the hand, then you can Normal Summon 1 WIND monster from your hand as an additional Normal Summon. You can only use this effect of "Harpie Dancer" once per turn. This card's name is treated as "Harpie Lady" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard.
Genex Blastfan :
When this card is Special Summoned, you can add 1 DARK "Genex" monster from your Deck to your hand.
Genex Ally Birdman :
You can return 1 face-up monster you control to the hand to Special Summon this card from your hand, and this card gains 500 ATK if it was a WIND monster you returned. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, remove it from play when it is removed from the field.
Morphtronic Vacuumen :
● While in Attack Position: You can send 1 card equipped to this card to the Graveyard to inflict 500 damage to your opponent.
● While in Defense Position: Once per turn, you can equip 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card.)
● While in Defense Position: Once per turn, you can equip 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card.)
Neo Spacian Air Hummingbird :
Once per turn: You can gain 500 Life Points for each card in your opponent's hand.
Murmur of the Forest :
Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target to face-down Defense Position, then you can return a Field Spell Card(s) on the field to the hand.
If go over 40 cards, it's not the end of the world. With the rate of Special Summoning this deck has, your deck will be depleted of monsters by your 3rd turn if you do things right so pack up your deck with a nice range of monsters.
